Grant Crothers,
CEO and Joint Owner
Since obtaining his Bachelor of Business Studies (Marketing) in 1980, Grant has spent all but three years of his career working in the dairy industry and mostly as an Executive Director and shareholder. Married, with three children, Grant co-founded Burra Foods in 1991 with his brother William and has seen the company grow from five employees to its current size. Whilst citing a variety of career highlights, more recently the relocation to Tokyo in 2000 and 2001 to establish the Japan Branch Office stands out.

Nick Adamson,
General Manager, Operations
Nick started with Burra Foods in 1999, taking responsibility for the engineering and product development team. He has a Chemical Engineering degree and a PhD and held the post of Factory Manager from 2001 until 2004.

Marcus Angwin,
Market Development Manager
Marcus joined Burra Foods in 2003 from Bonlac Foods, where he was Senior Account Manager in the Sales and Marketing Division. During this time he has managed accounts in various international and domestic markets. In addition to his applied knowledge of the international dairy industry, Marcus has a Masters of Management (International Business).

Lyndon Ryder,
Technical Manager
Lyndon joined Burra Foods in 2002 and is responsible for R&D and product development. Lyndon qualified as a mechanical engineer and is part way through his PhD. He has wide experience in the product development area, after 15 years working with Uncle Toby's.

Reno Tomaino,
Purchasing and Logistics Manager
Life has come full circle for Reno, who started his career at Korumburra Butter Factory, now the home of Burra Foods. After 35 years with Murray Goulburn in various production and senior management roles he brought this wealth of experience back to Korumburra and Burra Foods in 2002.

Raymond So,
Financial Controller/Company Secretary
Raymond has been responsible for the financial control of all the Crothers family companies since 1991. He has an MBA in addition to being a Chartered Accountant. He has extensive experience in international companies in Australia, Malaysia and Singapore.

Keiichi (Ken) Horie,
Marketing Manager, Japan Branch Office
Keiichi (Ken) holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Chemistry from Tohuku University and has worked in Japan, US and New Zealand with the Kanematsu Corporation. Ken joined Burra Foods in 2003, from the Organo Corporation where he was Manager of the Foodstuffs Division and prior to that was Manager of the Marketing Department.
