Process Worker Level A
This is the entry level for workers new to the factory. Level A workers perform a variety of routine tasks associated with manufacture, packaging and movement of product along a processing line environment.
The work is carried out under direct supervision and may involve rotation between different workstations, tasks and work environments. Participation in related training, improvement and team activities and compliance with hygiene, safety, quality assurance and conduct requirement are also essential.
When a process worker has been in the employ of the company for 3 months at 38 hours per week or equivalent and has satisfactorily met the performance criteria specified for Process Worker Level A1, they move to Process Worker Level A2.

Process Operator Level B
At Level B the work involves an increased level of skill from Process Worker Level A and is carried out under general supervision. The work may involve rotation between different workstations, tasks and work environments. Participation in related training, team and continuous improvement activities and compliance with HACCP, hygiene, safety, quality assurance, environmental and personal conduct requirements are also essential.

Process Operator Level C
Level C involves an increased level of skill from Level B and is carried out under limited supervision. The work may involve rotation between different workstations, tasks and work environments.
Participation in related training, team and continuous improvement activities and compliance with HACCP, hygiene, safety, quality assurance, environmental and personal conduct requirements are also essential.
