What does the average day look like for you?
Every day gives me the opportunity to work with my team to ensure we make safe product for our end customer. I have the opportunity to work with all the operators on site to train and guide them on all food safety aspects of production. Working with local community groups, I have the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience to School’s, customers and local leaders.
What do you love about working for Burra?
The people at Burra Foods are what make it great to come to work every day. I have the opportunity to learn and grow every day from my peers. The location of site is in the heart of Gippsland with the best dairy country in Victoria is something we should never take for granted.
