Why choose wet-blended formula: Superior Homogeneity

15 September 2025
In wet-blending, all ingredients are mixed together in a liquid phase. This allows for a much more uniform and precise dispersion of all components at a molecular level.

Nutrients like vitamins and minerals are evenly distributed throughout the final product, reducing the risk of nutrients level falling below 80% of label claim due to uneven distribution.

Whereas dry blending involves mixing pre-dried ingredients. While mixers are used, achieving a truly homogeneous distribution of all micro ingredients in a dry powder can be challenging.

Uneven nutrient distribution may prevent the intended nutritional composition being consumed, causing potential health consequences. Storage and transport can cause particle segregation, leading to stratification of lactose, milk powder, fat, and micro-nutrients.
